Full Stack

Full Stack Engineer

Full-time · Remote (GMT±4 overlap)

Own end-to-end features across our Next.js trading UI, APIs, and integration with on-chain and off-chain liquidity.

You will design and ship trader-facing flows (swap, order entry, portfolio) and the services behind them. We care about fast iteration, clear ownership, and production discipline—monitoring, typesafety, and measurable latency.

Responsibilities

Build and refine web experiences in React/Next.js with accessibility and performance in mind.
Implement and evolve REST or RPC-style APIs and collaborate on database and cache design.
Partner with design and trading/product on UX for complex financial actions.
Write tests and participate in code review with a high bar for clarity and safety.

Requirements

4+ years shipping production web apps with TypeScript and a modern framework (React/Next strongly preferred).
Comfortable across the stack: UI, API design, and basic infra (CI, envs, observability).
Experience with real-time or high-interaction UIs (WebSockets, optimistic updates) is a plus.

Nice to have

Prior work in fintech, crypto, or trading products.
Familiarity with EVM tooling, wallet connect flows, or indexers.

AI Engineer

Full-time · Remote (GMT±4 overlap)

Apply ML and LLM-based systems to routing, risk hints, and internal tooling—always with safety and compliance in mind.

Ztrade is exploring assistive intelligence for traders and operators: smarter route suggestions, anomaly surfacing, and developer productivity. You will prototype quickly, evaluate rigorously, and productionize what proves valuable.

Responsibilities

Design prompts, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines for domain-specific assistants.
Build and maintain services that call models securely with logging, redaction, and guardrails.
Collaborate with backend and full-stack engineers to expose AI features in the product responsibly.
Measure quality with offline and online metrics; iterate based on real usage.

Requirements

3+ years in software engineering with 1+ years focused on applied ML or LLM systems.
Hands-on experience with Python, vector search or RAG patterns, and model APIs.
Strong communication skills and judgment when AI should not automate a decision.

Nice to have

Experience in trading, market data, or on-chain analytics.
Contributions to open evaluation or safety practices for LLM products.

Backend

Backend Engineer

Full-time · Remote (GMT±4 overlap)

Design resilient services for order flow, liquidity aggregation, and market data—where milliseconds and correctness both matter.

Our backend connects to DEX and CEX-style liquidity while keeping clear boundaries for custody and settlement. You will harden APIs, tune data paths, and help the platform scale under load.

Responsibilities

Implement and operate high-throughput services (Go, Rust, or TypeScript/Node—we use what fits best).
Work on idempotency, backoff, and circuit breaking for external venue integrations.
Improve observability: structured logs, metrics, tracing across critical paths.
Collaborate on data models for orders, fills, and reconciliation.

Requirements

4+ years building distributed backend systems with strong concurrency and networking fundamentals.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar, caching layers, and message queues.
Comfort operating in production: incidents, postmortems, SLO thinking.

Nice to have

Background in exchange, payments, or DeFi protocol integrations.
Low-latency optimization or FIX/WebSocket market data experience.
